It’s that time of year…. DRUMMING IN THE PARK! Join us for an Integrated Community Drum Circle every Friday (weather permitting) at the North Glenmore Park, Weaselhead from 7-8:30 for the months of July, August, and September. We may shift the time a bit in the month of September as the Sun begins to set earlier. This is our favourite offering, being able to enjoy the trees, the wind, and the changing colours into the Fall.
Enjoy the spirit of commUNITY.
Everyone is welcome. Drop in!
Please bring your own lawn chair, water bottle, bug spray.
We’ll supply the drums!
What a joy to be alive and to drum together on this land. In the spirit of Reconciliation, Circles of Rhythm acknowledges the original peoples of the North Glenmore Weaselhead Area: the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, and the Métis Nation. We drum for all of you – thank you for sharing your home with us.
We return to the Inglewood Community Hall starting October 4th.
Check social media (Facebook/Instagram) stories for weather updates and/or cancellations.
